Description
The AIDT Training classes are for Gateway Investors and members of the South Baldwin Chamber and the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber.
Leadership Skills II is a follow-up course to Leadership Skills I, and includes more advanced topics of supervision to include personality assessment, conflict management, and ethics. There is a comprehensive test given after the class, and if passed offers the credential of “AIDT Certified Leader II”. The class is offered in a 2-day format.
