At the McCollough Plastic Surgery Clinic, we are committed to the pursuit of excellence and dedicated to improving the quality of life through the aesthetic sciences. Although now located in Gulf Shores, AL the clinic was established in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1974, on the premise that tradition, trust, and technology would be the cornerstones upon which we would build an international center for plastic surgery.

Dr. McCollough is world renown as a facial and nasal plastic surgeon. He is listed among the “Best Doctors In America”, “America’s Top Plastic Surgeons” and listed in the National Registry of Who's Who in America. Dr. McCollough is board-certified by two specialty boards that certify doctors for facial and nasal plastic surgery and has served as the International President of the largest specialty plastic surgery organization in the world (The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery).

In 1999, Dr. McCollough consolidated his practices and relocated to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Alabama, at the beautiful gulf coast. Our goal is to be the best possible provider of plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, nose, and aesthetic medicine. The McCollough Plastic Surgery Clinic is located at the McCOLLOUGH INSTITUTE, a 32,000 sq. ft. personal enhancement center located in the heart of Craft Farms Coastal Golf Resort in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
