Tom DeBell

I'm Tom DeBell, a Certified Business Made Simple Coach, Full Focus Certified Pro, and Working Genius Facilitator. I spent over 30 years in the public utility sector, 20 of which were in leadership positions, including President and CEO. As a business leader, I understand what it means to be overwhelmed by work and have adapted strategies to overcome those challenges. I learned to use my time an energy effectively, establish meaningful goals, and implement practices to keep me focused on the right things.
