About Us

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the marine environment by promoting sustainability, educating the public, and organizing cleanup efforts along our local waterways.

Our mission is to create a cleaner and healthier environment by removing trash and debris from local waterways, promoting sustainable practices, and educating the public about the importance of protecting our marine life.

Eco Clean Marine was founded in 2022 by Courtney Dombroski, who wanted to give back to her community more frequently but couldn't find an organization with enough opportunities. One day, while picking up trash at Lake Shelby, she realized that she could make a significant impact on the environment by organizing regular cleanups and educating the community about the importance of marine conservation.

Since then, Eco Clean Marine has grown rapidly, attracting volunteers and supporters from all walks of life. Our team is dedicated to improving the health of our local waterways and promoting environmental sustainability.

We organize regular cleanup events, install fish-feeding machines to provide food for marine life, and offer an educational e-book.
