Jeffrey Grear

Dr. Jeffrey Grear has spent years in the health and fitness industry. He graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Masters degree in Human Performance before becoming a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach as a Head of Football, Baseball, Lacrosse, and Golf. He chose to return to school to gain his Doctor of Chiropractic at Sherman College in 2020 knowing with his experience as a former athlete and coach he could provide a different level of experience knowledge to the athletic and active community. He remains a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He brings his love for sports, outdoors and animals to his practice. Outside of practice he is an avid golfer and also competed in the 2012 and 2013 Remax World Long Drive Championships finishing as high as 17th in the World.
