Baldwin County Job Shadowing Week: Businesses Invited to Shape Future Leaders

Baldwin County, AL – The Baldwin County Career Coaches are excited to announce Job Shadowing Week, a county-wide event taking place February 17–21, 2025. This initiative provides local businesses the unique opportunity to inspire and guide juniors enrolled in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs by hosting them for a day of career exploration.

“This is a fantastic chance for businesses to invest in the future leaders of Baldwin County,” said Morrell Baxter, Career & Technical Education Supervisor. “By opening your doors to these students, you’re helping them gain real-world insight into their chosen career paths.”

Local businesses interested in participating can sign up using the link below. Once registered, a Career Coach will reach out to coordinate the details. The goal is to create meaningful experiences for students while strengthening connections between the business community and future workforce.
