Baldwin REALTORS® Foundation Introduces the Baldwin First Home Grant

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – The Baldwin REALTORS® Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of a new grant program designed to assist first-time home buyers in Baldwin County. This initiative underscores the Foundation’s mission to promote safe and healthy living environments for families in Baldwin County through housing-related grants and financial assistance in times of need.

The Baldwin First Home Grant offers $1,000 to first-time home buyers and an increased grant amount of $1,500 for buyers with a military affiliation. These funds aim to ease the financial burden of purchasing a home, helping buyers achieve their dream of homeownership.
