  • Eco Clean Marine Leads Successful Trash Pickup at Fort Morgan Fire Station One

Fort Morgan, AL – September 21, 2024 – Eco Clean Marine brought the community together in a remarkable effort to keep our beaches clean this past weekend at Fort Morgan Fire Station One. In just one hour, 112 enthusiastic volunteers managed to collect a staggering 400 5-gallon buckets of trash, helping protect marine life and preserve our beautiful coastline.

The event, organized by Eco Clean Marine, saw families, friends, and eco-warriors from all over the area gather for a fun and impactful Saturday morning. Armed with gloves, buckets, and determination, volunteers scoured the beaches and surrounding areas, ensuring that every piece of litter was removed to make our environment cleaner and safer.

"Seeing so many people come together for a common cause was truly inspiring. We’re not just picking up trash—we’re making a statement about the importance of taking care of our environment," said Courtney Dombroski, founder and CEO of Eco Clean Marine. "400 buckets of trash in just one hour? That’s a massive win for both us and marine life!"

The atmosphere was electric, with volunteers of all ages working side-by-side while enjoying the beautiful weather and sense of community. Along with their efforts to remove litter, participants took time to learn more about the environmental impacts of trash on marine life, making the event both educational and enjoyable.

Eco Clean Marine continues to lead the charge in local beach cleanups, reminding us all that small efforts can have a big impact. Stay tuned for more events, and join us in our mission to create a cleaner, greener planet!
