Baldwin County VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) are diligently working to open additional shelters for those with inadequate heating or those who are unhoused/homeless.
The Sea Glass Initiative is coordinating shelters. Many BCVOAD partners are working behind the scenes to make this happen.
Food is being provided by Prodisee Pantry, The Table and others in the community. Blankets, cots, toiletries and other supplies are being collected from local churches and civic organizations.
