The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce gathered with community members to cut a ribbon with Alabama Physical Therapy Services of Foley!

Alabama Physical Therapy Services is a specialized extension of Coastal Home Health, a local care organization that provides "patient-centered, quality-focused, and community-minded care" across southern Baldwin County. Alabama Physical Therapy Services of Foley offers outpatient physical therapy to both independent and assisted living residents at Live Oak Village.

"We have been partnering with Alabama Physical Therapy Services since May; we are thrilled that these services are expanding to the Live Oak Village community," says Karen Armstrong, Executive Director at Live Oak Village. "The mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that empowers our residents to increase their strength and mobility. We are so happy to be a part of it!"
